Product Manager: TechnoBrain Job Vacancy in Kenya

Due to the recent expansions Techno Brain seeks to recruit an excellent Product Manager-Security Services for our Managed Services Practice.

Responsibilities

• Should have a deep knowledge of Security Solution like Network Access Control ( NAC , SIEM ( System Information & event Management ), Web Application Firewalls (WAF),Data Loss Protection ( DLP),Vulnerability Management , PCI Compliance , Data privacy , Data Encryption , Mobile security.
• Maintain competitive analysis of security solutions and creation of sales materials to be consumed by internal sales and end users.
• Create core messaging for product / Solution presentations, datasheets, white papers , including value proposition, technical analysis and feature benefits, Competitor analysis
• Should be able to write Proposals, Technical solution designing.
• Able to do demo or presentations to clients on Security solutions
• Engage with key customers and partners, identify and understand security requirements and create requirement documents.
• Act a representative and an evangelist for the product line at the trade shows, online webinars and other publicly facing functions
• Ability to present in front of large audiences.

Requirements

• Solid knowledge and understanding of Security Solutions.
• Possess a minimum of 5 years Information Technology, and/or audit experience, and have a proven track record of providing industry best security practice solutions across a diverse industry sectors
• Should have worked in CISCO, Symantec or any other security solution environment.
• Have proven and significant experience in at least 2 of the following Security Elements;

1. Risk Assessment & Business Impact Analysis
2. Security Controls & Secure Architecture
3. Information Security Management Systems
4. Governance & Change Control (e.g. COBIT experience)
5. Incident Response & Disaster Recovery
6. Business Continuity Planning

• Possess a number of CISSP / CISM / CISA / QSA / ISO / ITIL certifications (or equivalent)
• Have skills sufficient to take consulting to the teaching level for both internal junior resources, and for the clients
• Excellent written skills and excellent ability to communicate.
• Ability to work effectively with people from a variety of different functional areas: sales, delivery etc.
• Demonstrated ability to understand, articulate and communicate complex technical concepts
• World-class product handing experience like Cisco, Symantec or equivalent.
• Experience developing product positioning and messaging, communications, launching new products and releases, and developing and executing go-to-market strategies.
• Ability to adapt messages for different audiences and continue to drive results in a fast-changing environment.
• Experience partnering with sales and product management teams.
• Strong leadership, organizational and project management skills.
• Results oriented.
