Job descriptions:
An officer at this level will report to the Human Resource and Administration Officer at the County level.
Specific Duties and responsibilities at this level will entail:
- Sorting, opening ,filing, minuting and distribution of mail;
- Dispatching of mails; and
- Guiding on files disposal.
Qualifications:
- Be in possession of Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) mean grade C- or its approved equivalent;
- Have worked in a medium sized Registry for at least three (3) years;
- Be a person of integrity;
- Have effective interpersonal and communication skills;
- Be a team player with ability to multi -task; and
- Be proficient in Computer Applications.
IMPORTANT:
On application all applicants are required to submit, copies of National Identity Card or Passport, Academic and Professional Certificates, Clearance Certificates from Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC), Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA), Criminal Investigation Department (CID), Credit Reference Bureau, Higher Education Loans Board (HELB) and the relevant professional bodies.
