Located in Mombasa Panafrica Logistics Limited seeks to recruit motivated, dynamic and result oriented individuals to fill the vacant positions listed below.
HR Manager
Specific tasks include:
- Develop, implement and monitor performance of the company’s staff related matters including HSSE policies and procedures.
- Staff recruitment
- Staff performance management
- Leave roster management
- Identify KPI’s for various performance targets
- Planning and delivering training and uniforms including inductions for new staff
- Plan and manage the company’s CSR efforts.
Person Specification:
- Excellent interpersonal skills — to deal with staff related issues
- Strong communication skills
- Degree holder in HR management or relevant social science degree
- 4 years working experience ¡n the field
- Proficiency in working with spreadsheets or MS access shall be an added advantage.
