The Cambridge International School, Nairobi is a new Cambridge model school which opened in September 2012, offering the National Curriculum for England. From 2013 the school will cater to students from Foundation Stage to Year 12.

The school is housed in a brand new state-of-the-art campus. It is situated in extensive grounds in an upmarket residential area of Karen, a suburb of Nairobi, and will also offer boarding facilities.

Job Overview: 

The Front of House Receptionist should present a professional, lasting, first impression to customers, guests and parents visiting the school. Being the first point of contact within the School, you will assist with all enquiries knowledgeably, efficiently and courteously. To be successful, you must exhibit excellent communication skills both written and spoken and deliver with energy, enthusiasm and initiative. You will also be required to work flexible hours and provide cover during the School holidays.

To be considered for this post you must d holder; have minimum of 2 years working in a customer service role is essential, it is preferred that this would have been within a service organisation. Proficient in the latest computer packages including MS Word, Outlook and Excel with excellent administrative, communication, interpersonal and organisational skills. Must enjoy public contact.
