To convert speech (either live or recorded) into a written or electronic text document.
Job Requirements:
- Listen to given material and convert into text.
- Basic online research of terms.
- Distinguish between major world accents.
- Categorize assignments as they come in.
- Report to QA and Team Lead.
- Maintain and surpass performance metrics.
Key Requirements:
- A KCSE certificate.
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent Communication Skills ( both Written and Verbal)
- Very Detail Orientated
- Very Organized
- Typing Skills (minimum typing speed of 30 WPM.)
- Previous experience at a contact center preferred but not required.
- Able to work with minimal supervision/autonomously
- Self Starter
- Have strong initiative and ability to think outside the box
